As a board-certified Otolaryngologist, ENT, and Head and Neck surgeon, Dr. Michel Babajanian and his team in Los Angeles, serving Century City, Los Angeles, Beverly Hills and surrounding areas, offer a variety of medical and surgical services. Dr. Babajanian specializes in treating surgical disorders of the Thyroid gland, including Thyroid tumors, and thyroid gland cancer. In addition, he has expertise in minimally invasive Parathyroid gland surgery. As an American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery Fellow and an American College of Surgeon’ s Fellow, Dr. Babajanian’s expertise with minimally invasive surgical techniques decrease your recovery time following surgery.
After completing his Bachelor’s degree at New York University in 1984, Dr. Babajanian went on to complete his medical education at the University of California, Los Angeles, UCLA School of Medicine in 1988. While enrolled at UCLA, Dr. Babajanian received a lifetime Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honors Society membership due to his academic excellence. He completed an internship in general surgery at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York, followed by his residency training in Otolaryngology — Head and Neck Surgery at Mount Sinai Medical Center.
