He has treated my son for breathing obstruction and was not fast to operate - seeking out non invasive solutions first. As a doctor myself, Dr. Babajanian is the best doctor I’ve ever had. I had an urgent matter and was very nervous. It was my first time in the office and they got me in same day, saw me promptly, and Dr. Babajanian had such great warmth, compassion, and explained everything in a very professional way. He was very delicate and explained exactly what he was doing when he had to use a scope to look at my throat, it was painless. The staff was also very kind and submitted the out of network claim to my PPO insurance. I will definitely be going back any other ENT needs.

I hadn't seen him in about 25 years and had only seen him maybe 3 times back then when he joined a retiring top - ENT's practice. I had moved to the South Bay decades ago, was younger and healthy, so found another ENT office nearby that I only needed to use sparingly. After a bad experience with that ENT's office, one which limits contact with the MD and heavily uses physician assistants and which has openings only about a month away even for existing patients, I stumbled upon Dr. Babajanian's name again in a google search for top ENTs in LA. First surprise was calling to leave a message for the office as to whether they might call me to discuss treating a specialized condition, and hearing his voice on the voicemail. Second surprise, after I decided to schedule an appointment ASAP anyway, just in case, was that I could get an appointment in only about 5 days. Next surprise is him calling me back within an hour of the voicemail, and, sensing my urgency/concern, he offered to fit me in the same day rather than only 5 days later! He even just called me the next morning to respond to an e-mailed question from the night before. Also, he uses no nurses or NPs or PAs and does all the care himself. And he was on time as well. Who does this anymore, for Medicare patients to boot? It just seems that the medical business has corrupted, in one way or another, a lot of the MDs, particularly the top-talents in their fields, who would want to be caring and quickly responsive doctors, such that it becomes so surprising when you find a gem like Dr. Babajanian. Such a kind and caring doctor!

An extraordinary physician who takes appropriate time for examination, diagnosis and treatment prescription. Moreover, he actually takes the time to explains things patiently and with consideration that is uncommon in medical practice today.

Dr. Babajanian is a true find if you are looking for an ENT. In one appointment, he diagnosed a problem I had been living with for 25 years. It was a simple fix, and I am 95% improved in one month. I’ve been a patient of his for over ten years., He’s warm and easy to talk to, he explains things in a way that you can understand, and he’s an expert in his field. He performed surgery on me last month as I needed my thyroid removed. Every step of the process was first rate: setting up appointments with his office, the surgery itself, and Dr. Babajanian’s follow up. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

I absolutely appreciate everything that Dr. Babajanian did for me, he eased my anxiety and led me back to being healthy again. I am so thankful for his work that he provides to remove these nodules that are causing such distress.

There is not enough room here to express my gratitude to Dr. Babajanian and his assistant Kenya! In the scariest of times, I was told my daughter needed to see an ENT immediately for a growth on her uvula that her dentist found during a routine cleaning just weeks before moving across the country to college. Kenya got us in the next day! Needless to say we both were incredibly anxious given the urgency relayed to us by the dentist, and it was then that Dr. Babajanian provided us with highest quality of care, his soothing demeanor, as well as educated us about all that he believes the growth to be (confirmed by biopsy). He told us that there was nothing to fear and removed the growth the same visit!! Try getting that level of care at any doctor’s office! We felt instantly calmer during the visit and knew she was in the best of hands! As a mother, I was filled with relief and gratitude. He called to follow up the next morning to see how she was doing and given how well the procedure went, she basically had a one day recovery time. I cannot entertain the idea of going anywhere else! Dr. Babajanian is a top-notch, caring, old-fashioned, knowledgeable doctor with a gift of being attuned to his patients. His level of patient care and follow up is second to none….truly! I’ve been to many doctors in my life and he is truly THE BEST in all the categories we look for in a physician! The best doctor in LA! I cannot express enough gratitude for Dr. Babajanian’s professional manner and genuine care for me in my situation. I came in after a worry of having an eel bone stuck in my throat due to the unusual discomfort I was having. He carefully examined my throat and tonsils multiple times to see if it was there and assured me throughout. In the end, it turned out I had a scratch instead, and he called a few days later to check up on my condition. I’m happily much better thanks to his care! He is a very honest doctor who truly had my best interest in mind and to have a doctor like that is just so wonderful, it warms my heart. Thank you so so much for doing what you do!

Dr. Babajanian is one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen. He truly cares about his patients. He personally calls patients to discuss test results and to check on how they are doing. He discusses in detail any procedures and tests related to their care. He listens to patients concerns and works with them to find answers to any health issues.

Doctor Babajanian’s assistants Kenya and Stacy are just as caring as the doctor. They are easy to reach and will go the extra mile to schedule lab work, imaging referrals, and appointments as soon as possible.

If you need an ENT doctor/surgeon, look no further. I had consultations with other ENT surgeons in L.A. for my thyroidectomy surgery to address my thyroid cancer, and no doctor came even close to my experience with Dr. Babajanian. He is knowledgeable, caring and a true expert in his field.

This is a well-run office. The front-office staff are efficient and helpful, both on the phone and in person. They helped navigate several appointments. Dr. Babajanian is professional and knowledgeable, without sacrificing compassion. Even for an uncommon condition (not exactly "rare," but not the most common), he understood the patient experience and offered best medical approaches. Patients would be lucky if all offices and physicians emulated Dr. Babajanian and his staff.

I came to Dr. Babajanian with breathing difficulties and a deviated septum. Dr. Babajanian preformed my septoplasty and now I can breath better. Dr. Babajanian was very kind, respectful, and answered all my questions.

Right before I went under general anesthesia for my deviated septum corrective surgery (septoplasty + turbinate reduction) Dr. Babajanian said "I will treat you like a brother, that's all I can say". If you are looking for a doctor who cares deeply, has incredible bedside manners, is available and responsive when needed, exudes a kind and gentle healer's soul, then look no further. Dr. Babajanian saved my life. He is the best!!! After weeks of seeing many different types of doctors, Dr. Babajanian had a suspicion of what was causing my inability to walk straight, dizziness, and the droopiness on the right side of my face. He got me in to have a MRI morning after my appointment with him. The MRI confirmed what he had suspected - a large tumor on my auditory nerve that was pressing on my brain stem called an acoustic neuroma. Dr. Babajanian immediately put me in touch with amazing doctors at House Ear Clinic. I had a seven hour surgery two days later. If not for Dr. Babajanian’s prompt diagnosis and rush to get me in to have an MRI, I don’t think my outcome would have been good. Dr. Babajanian is not only an incredible diagnostician, he is kind, patient and an incredible doctor! I have referred him to all of my friends and family.

I had a recurring problem with my inner ear, after seeking the advise of several doctors, I had reached out to Dr. Babajanian's office. While his office was very busy they were able to see me and take care of the underlying cause and after several days, I felt 100% improvement. I was surprised to get a follow up call from the doctor himself who was very caring and expressed genuine concern. I would highly recommend Dr. Babajanian as a doctor who is professional, courteous and a caring physician.

I have a broken nose with a deviated septum. For 30 years, I suffered from serious nasal congestion, which seemed to get worse over the past few years. I thought it was an incurable problem because of my hay fever, with all the plants and trees around my home. I was losing sleep. I would awake in the night unable to breathe and was forced to use my Neti Pot in the middle of the night, along with two different sprays, which offered scant relief.

A top doctor at Cedars Sinai said my nasal airways were 70% blocked but that there was nothing that could be done to help me. Then finally, I went to see Dr. Babajanian, a kindly professional with an excellent reputation. He said he could help by reducing the size of my turbinates (the hydrating bulges inside my nose, which were swollen) and by straightening the septum of my broken nose to provide a larger airway.

Three weeks ago, I had surgery. It took just 90 minutes at an outpatient center in Beverly Hills. I was home before lunch. I felt no pain either during or after the procedure. I was uncomfortable for one week after because he had placed tiny splints inside my nose to guide the healing of my straightened septum.

Exactly one week after, he removed the splints painlessly. Suddenly, I could breathe better than I could ever remember. It was a dramatic difference. I can breathe with no difficulty. I sleep at night now instead of waking and struggling with nasal sprays. I don't look any different. The work was all on the inside of my nose. This was not intended to straighten my nose cosmetically. The purpose was to let me breathe, and it worked spectacularly well.

I have not used a nasal spray since that post-operative visit. I can breathe easily. I can sleep. It's amazing. And throughout the whole thing, Dr. Babajanian was attentive, incredibly kind, and caring, and he called me himself several times before and after surgery just to make sure I was okay and to make sure I was following post-operative instructions properly. He is a healer and one of the most admirable men I have met in medicine. On top of that, his highly professional office never made me wait or treated me disrespectfully, as had happened with two other doctors’ offices at Cedars, where I had been made to feel like a faceless number on an assembly line where no help was forthcoming.

When I make an appointment with Dr. Babajanian, his office makes sure I see him when scheduled; and if I call with a question, they answer and respond immediately. That was not the case with the doctors I had seen in the Cedars practices, who routinely kept me waiting for long periods, and then didn't help.

I would not have taken so much time writing this if I were not so deeply grateful for Dr. Babajanian skill and help. I would say he is something of a miracle worker in my case. He is a first class ENT doctor and a very nice man.
